When you use our label, exchange postage is always FREE! Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN FORM and drop your exchange in the mail. Once we receive your shoe return we will ship in-stock requested footwear at once. If the requested item is not in-stock we will refund your credit card and re-charge it when we ship. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

We will charge your credit card for the new items ordered plus shipping and handling (if applicable). When we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the items returned. Make sure that you check off "Already placed new order" and enter the order number if you have it.

• No postage required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Drop your package in the U.S. mail - at home or work, in a mailbox, or at the Post Office.
  Simply cut out the label, and tape it securely to your box. Drop your return in the U.S. mail. The cost of return shipping, listed below, will be deducted from your credit or refund. $7.95 for the first item returned then $3.00 for each additional item.

Option B. Return On Your Own
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit from your return appears on your credit card statement. Please send the package to:
