Shoe exchanges by mail
When you use our label, exchange postage is always FREE! Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN FORM and drop your exchange in the mail, or give to a UPS driver or to a UPS Store. Once we receive your shoe return we will ship in-stock requested footwear at once. If the requested item is not in-stock we will refund your credit card and re-charge it when we ship. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Shoe exchanges by phone
In a hurry? Then just place a new shoe order by calling 1-877-852-9751 or visit our web site www.groundedsoles.com. We will charge your credit card for the new items ordered plus shipping and handling (if applicable). When we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the items returned. Make sure that you check off "Already placed new order" and enter the order number if you have it.
Option A. Print Your Own Label - Your Most Convenient Option.

- Print the label out.
- No postage required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Drop your package in the U.S. mail - at home or work, in a mailbox, or at the Post Office, or give to a UPS driver or drop off at a UPS Store. Simply cut out the label, and tape it securely to your box. Drop your return in the U.S. mail, or UPS. The cost of return shipping, listed below, will be deducted from your credit or refund. $7.95 for the first item returned then $3.00 for each additional item. There is no deduction for exchanges.
Option B. Return On Your Own
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit from your return appears on your credit card statement.
