If you are not completely happy with any product you purchase from Grounded Soles, return it within 90 days from the date we ship and we’ll exchange or refund your money. Products must be UNWORN and returned in the original box. We CANNOT accept worn shoes for return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges by mail
When you use our label, Exchange postage is always FREE! . Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN FORM and drop your exchange in the mail, or give to a UPS driver or UPS Store. Once we receive your return we will ship in-stock requested items at once. If the requested item is not in-stock we will refund your credit card and re-charge it when we ship. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

We will charge your credit card for the new items ordered plus shipping and handling (if applicable). When we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the items returned. Make sure that you check off "Already placed new order" and enter the order number if you have it.
