  • Raised toe bar is designed to encourage the natural gripping motion of your feet, exercising your legs and aiding circulation.
  • Neutral heel profile and deep heel cup keeps the natural padding of your foot where it belongs, under the heel, distributing your body weight more evenly.
  • Flexible EVA outsole offers lightweight, shock absorbing support with lasting durability.
  • Dual layer Jute: top wicks away moisture while the bottom adds strength and makes resoling easy.
  • You will enjoy your Birkenstock® sandals for years because they can be repaired, resoled or even completely renewed.

          I have had several pair of Birkee's.My favorite pair needs replacing after twenty-four years of wear. I almost threw them away about ten years ago but decided to get the foot bed replaced for twenty or thirty bucks. They cost a lot for my budget but, they since they are an outstanding value, I will buy them again soon.

              The soft footbed is the way to go. I also purchased a pair of black sandals in the same style - but without the soft footbed, because it was not available. I sure wish my black sandals (while still light and comfortable) also had the soft footbed.
