I have been wearing, and wearing out, Birkenstock Arizona sandals since Birkenstock in Germany first started exporting them to the United States. This particular purchase was for my son and he is an avid Birkenstock wearer--his first soft footbed and he's a convert! I have dozens of Birks and adore the variety and comfort, though I'll go traditional footbed every time--I don't care for that cushy feeling.
I had neglected to include the suite number on my son's mailing address and called customer service and the two people who helped me couldn't have been more pleasant or more capable. I even received a follow-up email.
There are some fabulous bargains on this website so check often--I do most of my shopping online so believe me, I shop around! Thanks Birkenstock Central!
