I wear these during the warm temperatures of the year. I use them as my sandals.
They support me well; therefore they are the only ones I can depend on to wear all day as I have back problems.
The things not so great about them/nothing to complain about. They, of course, make imprints of your toes on the insoles which stay. No one sees them when you are wearing the shoes. Really, not a problem.
The Birkenstock Arizona's are my reliables. I have and love the new color, Turquoise.

My old pair of Birkenstock Arizona were just right for slipping into. I could sit on the edge of the bed and simply slide my feet into them while they were still on the floor.
On these new ones, the leather of the uppers is too thin and flexible--flimsy, in fact. I have to pick up the shoes and hold them open in order to get them on my feet.

I have been buying the Birkenstock Arizona for many years. I've had them repaired when needed, but sometimes you just have to buy a new pair. The Iron color really intrigued me. It is such a great color, it goes with everything. I love being able to adjust the straps to fit my feet and the hard leather versus the suede is my preference for longer lasting fit to my foot.

I love the fit and feel of this shoe. This is the second pair of this style Birk I have had. That said the big down side is the wear problem. I do hope they have improved on the wear especially on the soles. I had my other pair re-soled, but that didn't last long and was expensive.

I got these for my daughter who has difficulty finding shoes. She wears them daily and says they are the most comfortable sandals she has ever worn. We shopped everywhere for a decent price and found it here. It was difficult to find the exact sandal she wanted online. In the stores it was $40.00 more. I have noticed through the years that the footbed and material used on top has gotten less. Especially in the water shoe line. I have chronic lymphadeema in both lower legs and feet and your shoes are one of the VERY few I can wear and that are stylish too. I wouldn't mind paying more if you could make either an "original" line or a "unisex" line or more wide products etc. Thank you!
